We will always work with you to establish your needs and requirements for your project and evaluate the strategy which is best going to maximize the potential of your site.

Concept development and sketches
Our team will provide concept plans for you to start to realize the shape of your project, so that you can start to see and feel its shape. At this point your input is vital to the development of your project.

Full Project Documentation including Architectural and Engineering Plans
When you are happy with the design of your project, our team will prepare all the documentation to get it ready for submission to all the relevant authorities.

Council Approvals
There are many authorities that may need to be notified of your proposed development such as your local council, Landcorp, FESA, Water Corporation, Western Power, Alinta Gas, Telstra and the Rail Authority. But don’t stress – we take care of it all! We contact all the relevant authorities and negotiate with them directly.

Project Management with Construction timelines
Once your development has been approved we will put in place our Project Management system and you will receive a Construction Schedule so that you can plan other important issues such as Progress claims, Sales Marketing and Settlement dates.

Quality Construction
Once construction is started you are free to call us at any time if you have any questions or wish to visit the site for a check up. Your development is updated regularly on Facebook so you don’t have to leave home to see how your development is progressing and it’s a great way to let your family and friends join in on your excitement.

Handover
When your new development is finished we will meet you onsite for the final inspection and the keys are now yours and remember it does not just stop there if you ever have a drama just let us know and we will be only to happy to assist.
