Our team of builders are now getting ready to pour the concrete driveway at our latest commercial project in Century Rd, Malaga.

St James’ was an extension to an existing warehouse – Our experienced construction team have just completed this project. It is now a new Battery World store on Albany Highway, St James, Western Australia.

This is a fantastic example of effective commercial property investment here in WA.

Our great team of concretors have just poured the ground slab at our latest commercial development in Wangara so our tilt panels are due to be formed next week….Stay tuned for further updates!

Here’s a picture of our great construction team pouring the ground slab at our newest commercial development in WANGARA.  The next stage will be laying the tilt panels which is due to go ahead  soon so stayed tuned for further updates!

Here’s some good uplifting info courtesy of RP DATA showing that our housing market is slowly picking up…

“Housing finance data released by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) this week for August 2011 showed an improvement in owner occupier finance commitments over the month, increasing by 1.2%. As has fairly consistently been the case over the past year, the increase in refinances (1.7%) has been superior to that of other loans (1.0%). Owner occupier finance commitments have now increased for five successive months for both refinances and non-refinance commitments.”

Here we go!

At last the Opportunity St Wangara Project is about to kick off, this large concrete tilt panel project will have the earth turned very soon just waiting for the water to be connected and we are into it.

Our team has been assembled and the programme is in place so we should see it completed by the end of February 2012. Keep an eye out for the pictures of its progress as we bring another one of our design and construct buildings together for another happy client.

We have a new project starting today 17/8/11 at Century Rd Malaga which is a tilt panel warehouse that our client is going to lease out.
